EV adoption along the 128 corridor has moved fastest in Burlington's office parks — company vehicles, commuter EVs and charging infrastructure clustered in the same few square miles. Authorized Rivian service sits about 15 minutes north of it.
What Rivian Authorized Service Covers

BFS Auto Services is the only authorized Rivian service shop in Massachusetts. Both the facility and the technicians are certified, and we're the only certified shop in MA for EVs — specifically electric delivery vehicles. Rivian-certified technicians do work elsewhere in the state; what's unique here is the shop's authorization.
Corporate and commuter EVs in Burlington cover low annual mileage with a lot of short trips, and that changes what they need: brake corrosion from rarely used friction brakes, tires that age before they wear, and cabin filtration that's due by time rather than distance. We service to how the vehicle is actually used.
Boston Fleet Services, our parent company, handles commercial vehicle programs, so scheduled service on a group of vehicles is familiar ground. Call for current pricing.
