BFS Auto Services does two kinds of work. Shop services happen at 779 Woburn St, Wilmington, MA 01887, where we have lifts, tire and alignment equipment, and manufacturer-level diagnostic tools. Mobile services come to your vehicle. Right now that means battery testing and replacement at your home, your work, or wherever the car is parked safely.

- Which services are done at the shop and which come to me?
- Repairs, brakes, oil changes, tires, diagnostics and Rivian service are done at the Wilmington shop. Battery testing and replacement is mobile: we come to the car.
- Do I need an appointment?
- Call ahead at (781) 650-9305. It lets us confirm we have the right parts and time for your vehicle, and for mobile battery service it tells us where to go.
- Will I get an estimate before you start?
- Yes. We inspect first and give you a written estimate. No work is done until you approve it.
- Do you service hybrids and electric vehicles?
- Yes. Hybrids and EVs still need brakes, tires, suspension and 12-volt battery service, and we have EV tooling and certification. BFS Auto Services is the only authorized Rivian service shop in Massachusetts.
- How do you decide what's urgent?
- We sort findings into three groups: unsafe to drive on, will get worse and cost more if left, and fine to monitor. Safety items come first, and you choose the timing for the rest.
- How do I get a price?
- Call for current pricing. Prices depend on the vehicle and the parts it needs, so we quote each job individually before any work starts.
