A lot of Saugus cars spend their working day in lots along Route 1, with employees on long retail and restaurant shifts. When a car won't start at the end of a shift, the alternative to mobile service is a tow out of a busy commercial strip.
What Mobile Battery Replacement Covers
- We come to your home, your work, or wherever the car is parked safely
- Battery, alternator, and parasitic-draw testing before anything is replaced
- The correct battery type for your vehicle, including AGM and EFB for start-stop systems
- Battery registration and coding on vehicles that require it
- 12-volt auxiliary batteries on hybrids and EVs
- Old battery taken away for recycling
We can test and replace the battery in a work lot if the property allows it and there's safe room next to the car. A car that dies at the end of a shift has often been draining all day. An interior light, an aftermarket device, or a module that doesn't shut down can empty a battery over eight hours. We check for that, along with the battery and the alternator, so the new battery isn't killed the same way.
Residential calls around Cliftondale and off Route 107 get the same visit at the house. The old battery leaves with us for recycling. Anything more than a battery job is handled at our Wilmington shop, about 25 minutes away.

Saugus Questions About Mobile Battery Replacement
- Can you come to my work lot on Route 1?
- Yes, if the property allows it and there's space to work safely next to the car. Tell us where the car is and how to find it when you call.
- Why does my car die after a full shift parked?
- Something may be drawing power with the car off. We measure that draw and test the battery and charging system before replacing anything.
- What about brakes, tires or other repairs?
- Those are done at our shop at 779 Woburn St in Wilmington, about 25 minutes from Saugus. In Saugus, our mobile service covers batteries.
